Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unused Grill Rescue products in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
